Otherwise, we will use stock colors to try and match to the colors shown in your proof. If you have a specific print size in mind, please also specify when you place your order. Likewise, we will use our standard print sizes for your order. While we try to match the size and placement of your design(s), this proof is not made exactly to scale. Size & location on printed items may vary slightly. Please double check all spelling, colors and overall accuracy of your design before approving your proof. You, the customer are responsible for replacement cost due to any discrepancies or inaccuracies once this proof has been approved. Mom & Pop’s Print Shop will not held responsible for any oversights once this proof is signed by, you, the customer. We cannot begin production on your project until your proof has been accepted & paid for in full. If you would like to make any changes to your order please reply with instructions within your proof and a revised proof will be sent by our team. Receipients must ‘Reject’ OR ‘Accept’ the proof. Your estimated turn-around time for your order does not start until we have received your signed proof and payment in full. Change order fee will apply to any order revised after Acceptance is received. Please review carefully. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Delivery Policy

All orders that ship will be provided with tracking numbers. Orders must be inspected within 48 hours of being received, any discrepancies received outside of the 48 hour window will not be considered for credit. Damages incurred during shipping are not the responsibility of Mom & Pop's Print Shop and will need to be credited through the shipper.
